How to get around in Valencia

If you can not be bothered taking the tube from the airport to get to your hotel travel in style at very competitive rates with this chauffeur service.

You can buy your ticket in any of the automatic machines in the stations.

Please note if you plan to take it often is much cheaper to get a top up card (TuiN) than to pay for single tickets.

Check the official information here.

The overground (Tranvia) is the same company than the tube and tickets are the same.

Please note, unlike the tube, you only need to validate your ticket when you get in, not when you leave the train. You will find machines to do so in every overground station.

The bus can take you to places the tube can’t reach such as El Saler.

Download the app EMTicket to purchase a ticket. It will allow you to take unlimited buses for 1 hour. Just show your ticket to the driver when you get in the bus.

You can also purchase a 10 trip ticket (Bonobus) in the machines at the tube stations if you plan to take it often.

Check the official website here.

You can dowload the official taxi app FREE NOW (mytaxy) and it will give you an approximate idea of the cost of your fare.
